Process Flow

  1. Customer Books Order via App / WhatsApp / Call.
  2. Ooty Delivery Pickup Van / Rider collects clothes, labels them, and scans into system.
  3. Partner Laundry washes, irons, and packs in Ooty Delivery branded bags.
  4. Ooty Delivery Team collects finished garments.
  5. Delivery to Customer within 24–48 hours, with live status updates.

All communication and payments are handled through the Ooty Delivery App.
